RuK Warranty

We have designed RuK products to be durable and long-lasting, but we understand things happen, whether that’s on the pickleball court, gym, traveling, or in business. We guarantee our products against defects in materials, electronics, and craftsmanship for 5 years (1 year for electronic components). The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence, or accident. “Normal wear and tear" include damage to zippers and seams expected due to normal use over time. All fabrics are subject to fading with extended use.  This warranty does not cover consequential damages or losses. We are not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the contents of your bag. This warranty is limited to RuK products, not anything that may be carried in them.  

If you are the original owner of the bag and believe that you have a defective RuK backpack that was purchased from RuK within the last five years, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Email us at info@rukpack.com with a picture of your bag and your receipt so we can take a look at your issue so we can assess the situation and do our best to fix it.  It is our goal to ensure we have your trust and that you are highly satisfied with RuK, and we in turn trust that you aren't trying to rip us off.  If something goes wrong, we will work with you to try and find a solution. 

  2.  Please include the original proof of purchase.

  3. Once our quality team has received the bag, we will evaluate the condition, and notify you within 5 business days if your bag qualifies for a replacement.
