Our Warranty for backpacks guarantees our product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or 5 years (1 year for electronic components). If you believe that you have a defective RuK backpack that was purchased from RuK within the last five years, you may be eligible for a replacement bag. Please follow the instructions below to return your product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to decide whether a product is defective or damaged through normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous warranty claim.
To receive a replacement of a defective bag, please do the following:
1) Ship your bag to the address below at your cost (we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking information).
Note: We do not reimburse for shipping costs
2) Include original proof of purchase
3) Once our quality team has received the bag, we will evaluate the condition, and notify you within 5 business days if your bag qualifies for a replacement.
